Every substantial home project is different. These are the questions we are most often asked at the outset.
What size projects do you take on?
We focus on major changes to existing homes, generally with a construction budget of £200,000 or more. The scope and complexity matter as much as the initial figure, so an early conversation is worthwhile if your budget is still taking shape.
When should we get in touch?
As soon as you are considering a substantial extension or refurbishment. We can discuss the likely scope and build approach while the design is developing; you do not need a finished tender pack to make an initial enquiry.
Where do you work?
Our core working area is roughly 20 miles from GU15 3DW, covering parts of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. Send us the property postcode and we can confirm whether it is within our usual area.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
That depends on the extent and sequence of the works, particularly any changes to the kitchen, bathrooms, heating or electrics. We would talk through the practical options with you as the programme takes shape.
Who will lead our project?
Alasdair leads the construction side directly, coordinating the core team and specialist trades. You will have a clear point of contact for the decisions and issues that arise during the build.
